Additional Details:

As part of SoundStack’s ongoing network upgrade efforts, we will be upgrading instances of your service during the window listed above in our US-CENTRAL (DAL03) location. Don’t worry, as our team will be around during the entire process and handle the process end-to-end. As a result of this upgrade, no server IP addresses will be changed and no automation instances will need to be restarted. Services will only lose network connectivity while the upgrade work is being performed.

Impact to users:

During this maintenance window, up to 20 minutes of network downtime will occur.
