SoundStack will be performing a software upgrade on the ais-sa3 cluster server that is located in our US-CENTRAL region. This upgrade is needed in order to maintain stream stability.
To prepare for this upgrade, we will stop accepting new listener connections 24 hours before the scheduled maintenance window. During this time, all new listener traffic will be redirected to alternative streaming instances to mitigate potential disruptions caused by the software upgrade.
Impact to users: During this period, active sessions from this cluster that are connected to US-CENTRAL for longer than 24 hours may get restarted and will automatically reconnect to another location.
