SoundStack has been investing heavily into network expansion and automation to improve our overall customer experience, reliability, and growth. To continue on our commitment, we are upgrading the Analytics and Reporting Manager systems database. This is a part of a several phase process to improve all aspects of this offering.
As a result of this upgrade, the Analytics and Reporting Manager services will have intermittent issues while the upgrade work is being performed. Rest assured that no data loss will happen during the upgrade process and all statistics will return after the work is completed.
