Following the software upgrade completed on July 22, our engineering team identified an issue affecting the monitoring system on ingest-eu-west-01.audiocdn.com. While streaming services are operating normally, we will perform a follow-up emergency maintenance to resolve the monitoring issue and ensure the platform is fully operational.
Our engineering team will oversee the maintenance from start to finish to minimize disruption.
During the maintenance window, encoder connectivity to ingest-eu-west-01.audiocdn.com will be temporarily interrupted while the maintenance is performed.
Impact to Clients
Streams and encoders using ingest-eu-west-01.audiocdn.com may experience up to 10 minutes of downtime for single-availability ingests during the maintenance window. Clients configured with redundant or highly available ingest endpoints are not expected to experience service interruption.
