As part of SoundStack's ongoing infrastructure improvements, we will be upgrading the streaming software on the ingest-us-central-01.audiocdn.com ingest server during the scheduled maintenance window. Our engineering team will oversee the upgrade from start to finish to ensure a smooth and seamless process.

During the maintenance window, encoder connectivity to ingest-us-central-01.audiocdn.com will be temporarily interrupted while the upgrade is being performed.

Impact to Clients

Streams and encoders using ingest-us-central-01.audiocdn.com may experience up to 10 minutes of downtime for single-availability ingests during the maintenance window. Clients configured with redundant or highly available ingest endpoints are not expected to experience service interruption.

Scheduled - As part of our ongoing infrastructure improvements, SoundStack will perform scheduled maintenance on the Stream (Console) platform to further enhance the reliability and performance of our infrastructure.

Maintenance Impact:
The Stream (Console) and API will be available in read-only mode. Users will be able to view data, but they cannot make updates or configuration changes.
Stream Monitoring will be temporarily unavailable.
The Stream API will support read operations only. Requests that modify data will not be processed while the system is in read-only mode.

Maintenance Window:
A 2-hour maintenance window has been scheduled. We expect the maintenance activities to be completed in less than one hour, with full functionality restored as soon as the work is finished.

Scheduled - Our engineering team will perform scheduled maintenance on the Live365 Streaming Network to address an issue affecting some station transitions from AutoDJ to LiveDJ.

Impact:
Minimal. During the maintenance window, a small number of Live365 stations operating in LiveDJ, AutoDJ, Relay, or Scheduled Event modes may experience brief interruptions of less than 1 minute of silence for some listeners.
