Internet Connectivity Instability
Resolved - The underlying network issue has been fully resolved, and normal network routing has been restored. This incident affected only a subset of traffic destined for US-WEST prior to yesterday’s reroute. Services have remained stable, and this incident is now resolved.

Investigating - We’re currently experiencing intermittent connectivity issues affecting a portion of SoundStack services due to a network routing issue. Our team is actively working to restore normal traffic flow, while built-in redundancy is helping minimize customer impact.
