As part of our ongoing infrastructure improvements, SoundStack will perform scheduled maintenance on the Stream (Console) platform to further enhance the reliability and performance of our infrastructure.
Maintenance Impact: The Stream (Console) and API will be available in read-only mode. Users will be able to view data, but they cannot make updates or configuration changes. Stream Monitoring will be temporarily unavailable. The Stream API will support read operations only. Requests that modify data will not be processed while the system is in read-only mode.
Maintenance Window: A 2-hour maintenance window has been scheduled. We expect the maintenance activities to be completed in less than one hour, with full functionality restored as soon as the work is finished.
