As part of SoundStack’s ongoing infrastructure improvements, we will migrate the ingest-us-east-01.audiocdn.com ingest server to our new US-EAST datacenter during the scheduled maintenance window. Our team will oversee the process from start to finish to ensure a smooth and seamless transition.

During this time, encoder connectivity to ingest-us-east-01.audiocdn.com will be temporarily interrupted while the migration is in progress.

Impact to Clients

Streams and encoders ingesting to the ingest-us-east-01.audiocdn.com server may experience up to 10 minutes of downtime for single-availability ingests during the maintenance window.
