As part of SoundStack's ongoing infrastructure improvements, we will be upgrading the streaming software on the ingest-eu-central-1-01.audiocdn.com ingest server during the scheduled maintenance window. Our engineering team will oversee the upgrade from start to finish to ensure a smooth and seamless process.

During the maintenance window, encoder connectivity to ingest-eu-central-1-01.audiocdn.com will be temporarily interrupted while the upgrade is being performed.

Impact to Clients

Streams and encoders using ingest-eu-central-1-01.audiocdn.com may experience up to 10 minutes of downtime for single-availability ingests during the maintenance window. Clients configured with redundant or highly available ingest endpoints are not expected to experience service interruption.
