Additional Details:

As part of SoundStack’s ongoing network upgrade efforts, we will be upgrading instances of your service during the window listed above in our US-CENTRAL (DAL03) location. Because your streaming services are fully redundant, we will stop accepting new listener connections 24 hours in advance in the US-CENTRAL region and route all new listener traffic to alternate streaming and ondemand instances to minimize listener impact.

Impact to users:

During this maintenance window, active sessions >24 hours will get disconnected and any stations that are ingesting to US-CENTRAL will automatically reconnect to another location (less than a few minutes of impact).
