SoundStack has made significant investments in expanding our network to enhance overall customer experience, reliability, and growth. As part of our ongoing commitment to improvement, we are upgrading the database for our Analytics and Reporting Manager systems (Insights).
Impact to users:
During this upgrade, users of Analytics and Reporting Manager (Insights) may encounter service disruptions throughout the maintenance window (2 hours). We want to assure our customers that no data loss will take place during the upgrade process, and all statistics will be reinstated when the work is finished.
