We have identified an issue with how unique users are counted across ARM/Insights when selecting two or more stations/podcasts. This issue impacts publishers when deduplicating uniques across multiple stations/podcasts within an Organization. This issue impacts the last three months of data which may cause a temporary inflation of unique listeners/reach.

Our team deployed a fix and is working to reprocess data to correct unique user counts when viewing across multiple stations/podcasts. For more information, please contact your account manager or support@soundstack.com.
